Hey everyone. I'm just hopping on here to show off some amazing photography we shot recently in conjunction with Nimble Distribution for one of their new products. They are releasing some new flavors for their Orchid Essentials product line, including one in particular they wanted to highlight: Bubblegum.
They hired The Hood Collective to shoot the new promo photos, after already collaborating on previous lifestyle and product photography for them, including this wicked photo shoot we did for their Broomsticks Prerolls launch late last year.
The theme of this new shoot was bubblegum, and if you thought the color pink was going to be involved, you were correct. Here's a contact sheet from the shoot:
The main goal of the shoot was to get a glamour shot for use in their ads and promotional materials. The idea was to have our model (the amazing Tesha) pretend to be blowing a bubble with the Orchid Essentials cartridge pointed at it. The pink bubble would then be added in post by Nimble's internal design team.

Once that was out of the way, we got to have some fun. In addition to the main glamour shot, we were also charged with getting some cute candids from the shoot for use on social media and elsewhere.
For example, we shot this sequence of Tesha blowing a bubble and popping it, which was perfect for creating a time lapse reel on Instagram.

And of course we had plenty of shots with Tesha using the Orchid cartridge or holding and interacting with Nimble pre-rolls, such as their Broomsticks brand.
